Professional Training for Pharmacists on Dementia Care
We are pleased to inform you that a Professional Training Program on Dementia Care (including cognitive assessment) is designed specifically for pharmacists in July. The program aims to educate pharmacists on dementia assessment and management. The assessments introduced have been practiced by other healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, experienced occupational therapists and registered social workers etc in Hong Kong. We, as pharmacists, can equip ourselves with more knowledge and skills to engage in more primary and secondary care services with respect to the Government’s direction.
